Any reason for refund must not be foreseeable at the time You made the Booking.
Refundable.me does not refund if You made Your Booking by mistake, or if it is no longer wanted or needed.
If YourBooking is canceled, postponed or cannot be fulfilled by the Provider, please contact the Customer Service Team directly for further advice about your refund at support@sailo.com.
You must make all arrangements to Attend the Booking, including arranging any necessary travel documents and allowing suitable travel time.
You will be asked to provide supporting evidence at Your own expense, and a copy of the Booking.
You will be asked to provide Your bank account details so that Refundable.me can make the refund payment directly to Your chosen bank account.
The maximum refund value will not exceed $11,000 USD or local currency equivalent per booking.
