Sailo will apply cancellation fees to the Boat Owner account if the Boat Owner cancels any confirmed booking or doesn’t meet minimum quality standards as follows:
- Cancellation fee in the amount of the Service/Processing Fee;
- Lower the ranking of the boat on Sailo’s search results page;
- Leave a review on the listing pointing out that the Boat Owner canceled a rental.
