If you think you or one of your guests will be late for the meeting time with your captain make sure to communicate with the boat owner/captain so they know you are still coming. There will be no extension of your time on the boat if the trip starts late due to your group tardiness. Sometimes there may be paperwork to fill out before the trip starts, so make sure to confirm with the boat owner ahead of time if you need to arrive early.
If you are a no-show within one hour of the agreed rental check-in time, you will not receive any refund (i.e. the boat rental price, extras and the Service/Processing fee), while all other parties, including the boat owner and Sailo will automatically receive respective payments.
