Absent any claims, Sailo will cancel the hold and release the funds 48 hrs after the trip. Once the hold is cancelled the money should appear in your account within a few hours, depending on your bank. The Renter can see the details of the status of the security deposit on the booking details page in his/her Sailo account under “My Trips” section. If funds released to the Renter’s account are not showing up in the bank records, we advise the Renter to contact the bank directly.
