What are cash credits?

Cash credits are credits that you can obtain by selecting "Refund to Sailo Cash Credits" when cancelling a refundable booking. The advantage of having a refund sent to Sailo cash credits is that the Applicable Service Fee is also refundable, and the funds are available for immediate use.
