Refueling Service Fee

Both the Owner and the Renter should make sure they discuss the fuel options before the rental begins.

As per Owner Policy and Procedures, at the start of each rental, the Owner is responsible for keeping the boat fuel tank full or at the maximum capacity allowed by the boat’s marina or the maximum capacity recommended by the manufacturer.

Moreover, unless otherwise specified by the Owner in the Boat Features section, the Renter is responsible to refuel the boat and return it with a full fuel while handling all and any refueling charges. Should the Renter fail to comply, a Refueling Fee amounting in $35 will be applied. Any additional charges will be charged via Security Deposit. If there is a dispute by either the Owner or the Renter, either of the two parties should contact Sailo at [e-mail] and submit a dispute claim.
