Sailo Compliance Policy to Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) Regulations

At Sailo we comply with all US federal regulations that restrict the use of our site by residents of certain countries and by users that are on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons List (SDN list). Therefore, we are not be able to support user accounts or transactions from users that are subject to these restrictions. Currently accounts from the following countries are not supported:

• Iran
• Syria
• Belarus
• Central African Republic
• Congo
• Iraq
• Lebanon
• Liberia
• Libya
• North Korea
• Somalia
• Sudan
• Venezuela
• Yemen
• Zimbabwe
• Ukraine

Additionally we also restrict accounts for individuals and entities that are on the OFAC SDN list, and from other countries that also have active but more specific sanctions, or those that are on the list of European Union sanctions of regimes, persons, and entities (Afghanistan, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Myanmar (Burma), Burundi, Mali, Nicaragua, Russia, and other).
