Operating availability defines the window of hours during which your boat can accept bookings each day. For example, if you set your window as 8 AM–6 PM, the system will only offer start times that allow trips to be completed before 6 PM.
To configure it:
- Go to Operating Availability
- Select which days of the week your boat operates
- Set your earliest start time and latest end time for each day
How does the system calculate valid start times?
The calendar automatically limits booking start times based on your operating window and trip durations. A trip can only be offered if it can be completed before your closing time.
Example — Operating window ends at 6 PM:
- A 1-hour trip can start as late as 5 PM (returns at 6 PM)
- A 2-hour trip can start as late as 4 PM (returns at 6 PM)
- A 4-hour trip can start as late as 2 PM (returns at 6 PM)
You don't need to calculate this manually — the calendar handles it automatically.
