What is “refund to cash credits”?

As a renter, if you request to cancel a booking and are eligible for a refund, you can choose to have it sent back to your credit card or directly to Sailo cash credits. The advantage of having a refund sent to Sailo cash credits is that the Applicable Service Fee is also refundable, and the funds are available for immediate use.

Sailo cash credits are always refundable to your credit card in case you change your mind at a later time. Please keep in mind that, if you requested the cancelation, the service fee is non-refundable when the funds are refunded from cash credits to your credit card.
