To help facilitate bookings and interaction, and for the contract between you and us to run adequately, we may need to share certain information with other members of the platform, including your personal information. When submitting a booking request as a Renter, the Boat Owner will receive certain personal information, including your full name and any other details that you have authorized to be shared. Upon confirmation of your booking, further information, such as your phone number, may be disclosed to help in organizing your trip. In addition, once you, as a Boat Owner, have a booking that has been confirmed, specific details will be shared with the Renter to facilitate the booking, including your complete name, phone number, and the locations for pick-up and drop-off. Boat listings on the website and mobile application are publicly visible and contain information such as location, profile photo, and aggregated information like Response Rate and Response Time. Furthermore, after a booking is completed, Renters and Boat Owners can write reviews and rate each other. These reviews and ratings are part of a user's public profile and may be displayed on the Boat Page or other parts of the Sailo website and mobile application.
