You will be notified by email 1 day (24 hrs) before the due date for each installment that an installment is due, and ask if you want to make changes to the payment method. On the due date, our system will attempt to charge the due installment on the card on file. If we fail to charge the installment, you will receive an email notification to contact your bank or make the payment yourself via Sailo’s platform. If your installment balance is overdue 7 days from the due date, your booking will be canceled, and your refund will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy. For more details read Sailo’s Cancellation Policy.
