To cancel a booking:
- Login to your Sailo account
- Go to “My Trips” section
- Click on the booking you want to cancel to open the booking details page
- Click on the “Cancel” button and submit cancelation request
If the “Cancel” button is not visible, you should send an email requesting cancelation to support@sailo.com.
By submitting a cancelation request you agree to the terms of cancelation and refund of that booking.
If you submit a cancelation while a booking request is “Pending approval” by the boat owner, the credit card will not be charged, the hold placed on the booking amount will be canceled and the money will be released.
If you submit the cancelation after the booking was “Confirmed” by the boat owner, the terms and refund amount depend on the cancelation policy set by the owner.
