How does Sailo Refund Plus work?

The Refund Plus option is available on the Checkout page when submitting a booking request. If selected, Refund Plus gives the renter the opportunity to apply for a full refund despite the specific boat’s cancelation policy. 

If the renter cancels a Refund Plus confirmed booking at any time up until the trip date for any of the unforeseen circumstances mentioned below, a full refund may be issued, provided supporting evidence and documents are submitted.
