In most cases, you will begin the refund request by entering your Booking Reference into the Refundable.me form.

The next step will request personal information from you, such as your name, email address, home country, contact number, address, and city of residence. You will also be asked about your booking type, the booking value, currency, and the total refund amount. Please make sure that the provided information is accurate and up to date in order for the process to go as swiftly as possible.
