- Any reason for refund must not be foreseeable at the time You made the Booking.
- Refundable.me does NOT refund if You made Your Booking by mistake, or if it is no longer wanted or needed.
- If Your Booking is canceled, postponed, or cannot be fulfilled by the Provider, please contact the Customer Service Team directly for further advice about your refund at support@sailo.com.
- You must make all arrangements to Attend the Booking, including arranging any necessary travel documents and allowing suitable travel time.
- You will be asked to provide supporting evidence at Your own expense, and a copy of the Booking.
- You will be asked to provide Your bank account details so that Refundable.me can make the refund payment directly to Your chosen bank account.
- The maximum refund value will not exceed $11,000 USD or local currency equivalent per booking.
- The Refund Plus fee is non-refundable if your claim has been rejected by Refundable.me or if you've already canceled your booking and processed your refund through Sailo.
