You can apply for a full refund only if you selected Sailo Refund+ when you submitted your booking. Therefore, you can apply for a full refund:
a) by canceling your booking from the My Trips section of your Sailo account, and selecting Sailo Refund Plus when prompted, or
b) by clicking the link in the email that confirms the booking was canceled.
