Check in and out of a rental

The Owner, or a delegate sourced by the Owner or through Sailo, is solely responsible to review all safety features, vessel operation procedures, peculiarities of the boat, conditions of use and documentation of conditions of the boat prior to the start of any rental. In addition, the Owner, or a delegate on his behalf, is solely responsible to verify that all U.S. Coast Guard required safety items are on the boat, accessible and in working order. Any damage that is not documented by the Owner prior to the rental is solely the responsibility of the Owner (for dispute resolution procedures, see Terms of Service).
